The foundation everything else stands on.

SEO, GEO, and AEO can only point traffic and AI citations somewhere — if the site underneath is slow, bloated, or generic, that work is wasted. We hand-code fast, well-structured websites that give the rest of your visibility strategy something worth standing on.

Our approach to web development.

Every project we build is hand-coded on modern frameworks like Astro and Next.js — no WordPress templates, no drag-and-drop page builders. That's a deliberate choice, not a preference for its own sake. Templated sites and page-builder output ship with layers of unused CSS, JavaScript for features you'll never touch, and markup structured for the builder's convenience rather than a browser's or a crawler's. The result is sites that load slowly, look like dozens of other businesses running the same template, and give search engines and AI crawlers a messier document to parse.

A hand-coded site strips that away. Every element on the page exists because it needs to be there. That means faster load times, cleaner semantic HTML that's easier for both Google and AI crawlers like GPTBot or ClaudeBot to read cleanly, and a design that actually looks like your business rather than a theme thousands of other sites are also running. It also means the site is easier to maintain long-term — no plugin conflicts, no forced updates that break the layout, no vendor holding your content hostage behind a proprietary builder.

How we help.

We don't start with "let's build a website" — we start with what the site is actually supposed to do for your business, whether that's booking calls, selling a product, or getting cited in AI answers for your category. That shapes everything that follows: the structure, the content priorities, and what gets built first.

From there, design and development happen together, with regular check-ins along the way — you'll see progress in weeks, not silence for a month followed by a surprise reveal. SEO and GEO foundations — clean heading structure, fast load times, structured data, crawlable content — get built in from day one rather than bolted on after launch as an afterthought, which is where most sites lose ground before they've even gone live.

When we ship, performance is measured and reported, analytics and conversion tracking are wired up, and hosting and SSL are handled so the site is live and working immediately. And because this is the layer everything else stands on, a solid build here is what makes our SEO and GEO/AEO work actually pay off — there's a fast, well-structured site for that traffic and those citations to land on.

Who this is for.

  • Businesses on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or a page builder who've hit a performance or credibility ceiling their current platform can't get past.
  • Businesses launching a new site from scratch who want it built right the first time instead of patched together and rebuilt in two years.
  • Businesses whose current site is slow or invisible to AI crawlers, quietly costing them conversions and citations they don't even know they're missing.
  • Agencies looking for a white-label dev partner who can hand-code client sites to a standard they can put their own name on.

What's included

  • Custom responsive design
  • 95+ Lighthouse target (report included)
  • CMS integration (if needed)
  • Analytics & conversion tracking
  • SSL, hosting & deployment

Questions about web development.

Why hand-coded instead of WordPress or Webflow?+

Those tools are genuinely fine for some use cases — a quick brochure site with no real performance or SEO ambitions doesn't need a custom build. But once a site has to convert visitors and get cited by AI systems, plugin bloat and templated markup start working against you. Hand-coding gives us full control over performance, structure, and long-term maintainability, without a plugin update breaking the layout six months from now or a page builder's generic HTML confusing a crawler.

What's your typical timeline?+

A focused landing page usually takes 1-2 weeks. A full business site with multiple pages, CMS, and integrations typically runs 3-6 weeks depending on scope and how much content is ready. We give you a firm timeline after a short discovery call, once we understand what you actually need built.

Do you handle hosting and maintenance after launch?+

Yes. Deployment, hosting setup, and SSL are included as part of every build, so the site is live and secure the day we ship. If you want us to keep an eye on things afterward — updates, monitoring, small content changes — we offer ongoing maintenance plans, but there's no obligation to sign up for one.

Can you migrate our existing site's content?+

Yes, and we'd recommend it in most cases. That said, we don't just copy-paste old pages into the new build. During migration we review what's there and flag content that's outdated, thin, or working against your goals, so the new site launches with content that actually earns its place — not a straight port of what you already had.
