Overview
GetBorvis ("we", "us") is a solo studio that operates getborvis.com, a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. This page explains what data we collect when you visit this site or get in touch with us, why we collect it, and what choices you have. We don't sell your data, and we deliberately keep what we collect to the minimum useful for running this business and understanding how the site is used.
Data we collect
Analytics data. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages get visited and roughly where visitors come from. It's a cookieless, privacy-first beacon: it doesn't set any cookies, doesn't assign your browser or device an identifier, and doesn't track you across visits or across sites. It only produces aggregate statistics — page views, referrers, country-level location, and device/browser type — with no way for us to single out an individual visitor.
Contact form data. If you submit the project brief form on our contact page, or reach out via WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, email address, company, budget range, and project details. We use this solely to respond to and handle your inquiry.
We do not collect payment information (billing is arranged directly, outside this website), and we do not run advertising trackers or sell any data to third parties.
Cookies
This site itself sets no analytics or advertising cookies — there's nothing to opt into, so you won't see a cookie banner here. Cloudflare, our host, may set a small number of strictly-necessary security cookies (for example bot-protection cookies like __cf_bm) as part of serving and protecting the site. These are essential to keeping the site running safely, not for tracking you, and aren't something we control or use for analytics.
Third parties
Cloudflare hosts this site and provides its security and analytics infrastructure — it sees standard request data as part of serving the page and generates our cookieless traffic statistics. If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation runs through Meta's infrastructure. If you email us, that runs through Google/Gmail. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on their platforms.
Data retention
We keep the details from an inquiry — your project brief, emails, or WhatsApp messages — only as long as needed to handle the conversation and, if it turns into a project, to deliver the work. If you'd like us to delete what you've sent us, just ask and we will.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the data you've sent us. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we'll act on it within a reasonable time. This is meant to cover rights under GDPR-style laws and similar regimes such as India's DPDP Act, but it isn't legal advice — if you need a formal legal opinion on your rights, please consult a qualified professional.
Changes to this policy
If how we collect or use data changes meaningfully, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. We won't make material changes without reflecting them here.
