We handle the search side of your client sites, before a rebuild launches and month to month after it, under your agency's name or ours. You design and build. From $1,200 for a launch handoff, or $1,000 a month for the first three months of a retainer.
GetBorvis / Organic visibilityNone of these are design failures. They happen in the gap between finishing the design and the site being found, and each one is something we have written about with our own evidence.
A new site launches, the old addresses stop working or all point at the homepage, and the search history the client earned goes with them.
Read the evidence ↗Placeholder copy, another company’s name in a title, one image description on every project. The design is finished. The words are not.
Read the evidence ↗Portfolio pages tend to rank for the client’s name rather than the service that won the work, because nothing on them points at the service.
Read the evidence ↗Design and build end at launch. Search work starts there, and on most projects nobody is responsible for it.
Read the evidence ↗In September 2026 we checked the public sites of 48 active branding, design, creative and web agencies, 30 in India and 18 elsewhere. Of the 44 that returned a valid robots.txt, none blocked the crawler that lets ChatGPT show a site in its search results, and only 4 had written any rule for it at all.
18 of the 48 published an llms.txt file that met the basic format. We checked again sixteen days later, and the number had moved.
In October we checked 81 more agency websites in the UK, US and Australia. The technical basics were fine. The case studies were not: only 41% linked to the service they showed.
Ours A purposive sample, not a survey of the industry. The method, both waves and the aggregate data are published, and no agency is named.

We Digital Hub, a branding and design agency in Howrah, India, was rebuilding its website. Twelve months of its own Search Console data shaped every page title, the migration plan protected around 185 project pages, and its in-house developers had the new titles live within days.
The new site is now live, and their own about page credits us with the search planning and technical review of the rebuild.
Most white-label packages sell a fixed number of links, articles or hours. We sell the decisions: what to change on your client’s site, why, and how you will know it worked. We read 13 of those packages in what white-label SEO offers actually sell.
Whatever you build on. We have measured how Webflow, Framer and WordPress sites tend to fall short, so we know where to look first on each.
No. That is your work, and we will not compete with it. We cover the search side and leave the design and the code to you.
Before the design is signed off, if you can. Page structure, URLs and what each page is for are cheap to change in a design file and expensive to change after launch.
Only if you want us to. White-label means we work through you.
No, and please do not promise them either. Nobody can honestly guarantee positions in Google or mentions in AI answers. What we can promise is the work and how it will be measured.
Tell us what you are building and when it launches. We will reply with which way of working fits, and what it would cost.
