Case studies

The work, including the parts still unmeasured.

Each record separates what was diagnosed from what was implemented, and what was implemented from what has been proven. Where an outcome has not been measured yet, it says so.

Most agency case studies show a number and imply they caused it. These separate the baseline, the recommendation, the implementation, and the measured result, because those are four different things, and only the last one is proof.

A recommendation is not a result.

Search work takes time to show up, and a website launch changes many things at once. Attributing a traffic movement to one intervention, in a period when content, design, and campaigns all changed, is a claim the evidence rarely supports. Where that is the case here, it is stated rather than smoothed over.
