How does billing work?+
50% upfront to begin work, 50% on launch. For larger projects, we can structure milestone-based payments. Monthly retainer services are billed at the start of each month.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?+
Yes. We offer monthly maintenance plans covering performance monitoring, content updates, security patches, and ongoing SEO/GEO optimization. It's structured as an ongoing plan because visibility compounds over time — one-off fixes fade, consistent monitoring doesn't.
